Questionnaire to CDENF members, participants, observers, and youth organisations

to inform the implementation Review of Recommendation CM/Rec(2012)2 on the participation of children and young people under the age of 18

Thank you for taking part in the Implementation Review of the Council of Europe Recommendation on participation of children and young people under the age of 18.

Please complete the survey through this EvalandGo platform on behalf of your Member State or organisation. Please answer the questions as fully as you can on the basis of information you have from your experience, from colleagues and from children and young people, and upload links or more detailed responses if available, as your answers will provide useful insight for your colleagues in other countries. All answers will be used to inform a report on the current state of implementation of the report.

Used terms:

• “Participation” is about individuals and groups of individuals having the right, the
  means, the space, the opportunity and, where necessary, the support to freely express
  their views, to be heard and to contribute to decision making on matters affecting them,
  their views being given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity.
• “Children and young people” refers to everyone aged 0-18 years.
