PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Objectives

The data processing is aimed at La collecte et le traitement des informations nécessaires à l’évaluation d’une situation complexe et à l’organisation, le cas échéant, d’un appui à la coordination du parcours par le Dispositif d’Appui à la Coordination (DAC).

Legal Basis

Le traitement des données est fondé sur l’exécution d’une mission d’intérêt public dont est investi le DAC (article 6.1.e du RGPD) et, pour les données de santé, sur l’article 9.2.h du RGPD. Le consentement de la personne concernée est recueilli lorsque cela est requis.

For a request to be considered, it is imperative that it is made directly by you at the following address dpo@ebene973.org. Any request that is not made in this way cannot be processed.

Requests cannot come from anyone other than you. Therefore, we may ask you for proof of identity if there is any doubt about the identity of the requester.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within three months of receiving it, in case the request is technically complex or if we receive many requests at the same time.

Please note that we can always refuse to respond to any excessive or unfounded request, particularly with regard to its repetitive nature.
